In many medium and large organizations, friction between Agile application development (Dev), Quality Assurance (QA), and Operation (Ops) teams kills productivity. We’ll discuss how the typical continuous delivery loop fails to take into account the need for bi-directional communication with QA. The growing role of Ops in the application lifecycle means it needs to be connected to the same continuous delivery loop and be linked directly into Agile planning processes. How does extending the collaboration loop to Ops potentially flatten the exponential 1-10-100 cost curve into a linear one?
