The experience report will share you a 3-year journey from one large-scale organizational Agile adoption, with the focus on the evolution of Scrum Master and manager role and the way they work together. It describes how the change regarding self-managing was introduced and adapted, then how they have tried to sustain the change by creating consistency between the values and principles behind Agile organization and the management capability to practice them.
